Apply for a meter

If we supply your water, you can apply for a meter by completing our online form.

To check whether we are your supplier, please view this map. If we aren’t, please contact the relevant company to apply for a meter.

If you are a tenant and your tenancy agreement is for a period of less than six months, you will need to provide us with your landlord’s written consent for a meter to be fitted. Please obtain this before starting your application

If you can’t upload a copy of the permission, post it to BWBSL, 1 Clevedon Walk, Nailsea, Bristol BS48 1WA.
